Innov8tive Designs Announces New Multicopter Frames

Innov8tive Designs announced a new quad frame on their website which looks like a tank! With a shock absorbing landing gear set available as an option, this frame is meant to take some abuse! Many of the frames available for the fledgling multirotor niche industry fall into either the super inexpensive category or the really fancy and expensive side, and niether is built to be very durable. What multirotor pilots have been clamoring for is a frame that is reasonably priced, durable, and scalebale for bigger setups with better cameras. It appears this new Next Level Multi-Rotors frame system is going to be going after that target with a full line of multicopters in quad and hex configurations offering in sizes from 500mm to 1000mm. Right now they’ve released the 500mm and 650mm quad frames, with the rest being release in the early part of 2012. It will be very interesting to see what kind of monster they are unleashing with the 1000mm hex, that beast could probably carry quite a hefty load! More info to come as it becomes available.
