Common Sense RC Brings The Rondo Flybarless System To the States
Posted on June 18, 2009 by aaronredbaron
In a statement released today, Common Sense RC announced the release of the Rondo flybarless stability system, as well Rapicorn fuels, both of which have already been available in Europe. In Europe, the Rondo is sold under the Thunder Tiger line, leading to some confusion that Ace Hobby would carry the Rondo in the US. The announcement of its availability by Common Sense should come as no surprise, as Common Sense has made a huge push recently in the Heli world, having recently secured the exclusive distribution rights to the Compass Models in the US.
here is their press release….
Effective immediately, Rondo flybarless systems and Rapicon fuel will be exclusively distributed in the U.S. by Common Sense RC.
Rondo produces simple and easy-to-use electronic stabilization systems that will make paddles and flybars a thing of the past. Not only do Rondo’s flybarless systems make way for greater agility, a higher turning rate, and improved flight characteristics in hard 3D flying, but also longer flight times and greater overall stability and performance. Flybarless systems have long been a common practice in Europe, and now Common Sense RC is helping make them more widely available in the U.S. through our extensive dealer network of almost a thousand dealers.
Rapicon fuel has already established itself in Europe and Asia, and now we’re bringing it stateside. Rapicon fuel includes an anticorrosive agent and stabilizer to help prolong the life of your motor. It also has full-synthetic lubrication which makes for minimal carbon residue. Made with a bio-additive and an optimal amount of lubrication, Rapicon fuel also creates clean, environment-friendly exhaust. With fuels made for airplanes, helis, boats, and car with nitro ranging between 5%-30%, Rapicon has something for everybody.
We expect our first shipment of Rondo to arrive around June 26th, and our first shipment of Rapicon to arrive around July 10th. We will soon be accepting pre-orders on our website. If you have any questions until then, please call us toll free at 866-405-8811.
