Scotty Bouck Goes 3D With 3-Delicious

Most depron 3D planes are built with lots of carbon fiber and flat wings. Built up fuselages are popular for high end 3D planes, but Scotty Bouck went with a fully built up airframe for his 3-Delicious. The airplane is light, rigid, and has no carbon fiber in it. The design is much more compicated than his first build up depron airplane, the Simplicious, but it is a fully capable 3D aerobat. With its light wing loading, flex free airframe and draggy diamond airfoils, the 3-Delicious excels at  high alpha and hovering flight. It has a very smooth transition between normal flight into high alpha flight. Scotty is still at the early stages of this design, but this first prototype is very promising! Keep your eyes peeled for an anouncement any day now on the availablitiy of Scotty’s first kit, the flying wing Simplicious. And, soon after that if the demand is high enough, 3-Delicious will be available for your own flying pleasure.

Heres a video of the first flight of the second prototype of this design. I moved the batt. placement to right on the cg that i found with the first one and used stronger rud. and ele. servos. It was windy, and it only weighs 10oz., but the lack of flex helps it manage.
I cant wait to fly it in calm conditions. I dont think theres much left to change on it, as it flew very well with no expo or mixes, and not even a click of trim on the maiden flight.
now I just have to get it in the hands of a REAL 3-D pilot!
